overcoming average(?)

It’s getting harder and harder to have interesting ideas to write about this month. Is this what happens when you become “domesticated?” Do the mundane necessities just take over waking thoughts? Am I so focused on paying attention to my baby’s cues for food and sleep and what I can get done between one nap and the next that there’s no room for anything else to bloom? Am I getting better at writing rhetorical questions?

At least my sense of humor’s still pretty sharp.
